Kelly joined Lillie-Couch Insurance Agency in the summer of 2024 and is a licensed agent specializing in property and casualty insurance. A Cumberland native, Kelly graduated from
the University of Phoenix in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Prior to joining our team, Kelly worked as a freelance writer and small business owner/manager in the
Madison area for almost 20 years.
In 2018, Kelly and her family moved back to her hometown of Cumberland not only to live near her dad, but also to give her kids an opportunity to experience life in the small town
she holds so dear to her heart.
When she’s not at the office, Kelly loves to read, write, diamond paint, study foreign languages, and spend time with her Shih Tzu, Gatsby. She and her husband also keep busy attending sporting and musical events that their kids are involved in. With three kids in college and one in high school, there’s never a dull moment!
Kelly currently resides in Cumberland with her husband Troy, two of their four children, and little Gatsby.
