Hi, I'm Marissa Couch from Lillie-Couch Insurance. I'd like to take a moment to tell you a little bit about our agency.
The Lillie-Couch Insurance Agency first started out as simply the Neil Lillie Agency. Neil started his career in the insurance industry as an MSI Insurance Agent in 1974. I joined the agency in 2004.
Soon thereafter we started to find that representing a single insurance company was not in our customers best interest. Representing a single company limited eligibility, coverage options, and price. Because of this, I chose to become an independent insurance agency the following year, partnering with Couri Insurance Associates. Today we represent several insurance companies, giving our customers more choice when insuring their cars, homes, and other property they might have. Neil retired from the agency in 2008.
