Brita is the Customer Service Representative of Lillie-Couch Insurance Agency, Inc. in Clear Lake, WI. She grew up in New Richmond and graduated high school there and met her husband Bryan. She then moved to Eau Claire, WI to go to Chippewa Valley Technical College, earning an Associate Degree as Administrative Assistant.
She then moved to the Twin Cities to work as a Legal Secretary in Real Estate. Brita and Bryan also got married and started their family of two children, Sydney and Benjamin, during this time. They decided in 2004 to move back to New Richmond to be closer to family and friends, be part of a smaller community, and buy a hobby farm. Brita taught her children a love for animals and the outdoors with horses, chickens, neighboring cows, cats, and a dog!
Since 2004 Brita has continued to work in Customer Service and Sales. She has her real estate license, has worked in Title, and is currently obtaining her Insurance Sales License. She also worked for the School District of New Richmond for 7 years in Special Services and Administrative.
Brita continues to reside in New Richmond with her husband Bryan and son Ben, who is part of the 2023 Graduating Tigers of New Richmond! Outside of the office, she enjoys any beach (anywhere), boating and fishing at their lake property in Hayward, WI, watching hockey, and spending time with family and friends.
